Compliments, concerns, complaints and feedback

SCAS welcomes feedback about its ambulance services so that good service can be recognised and concerns can be understood and addressed.

Give a compliment

Positive feedback helps recognise good care, service and conduct.

Raise a concern

Concerns should be considered promptly so that the person can receive an explanation and the service can learn from what happened.

Make a formal complaint

Formal complaints are handled through the ambulance service complaints process and recorded separately from routine enquiries.

Online feedback and complaints

An online patient-experience or complaints form is not currently available through this website. Please do not use recruitment or general enquiry routes to send confidential case information.

Patient-experience contact information will be published here when the public contact route is available.
